Easy Gas – On line Gas Booking System :- EasyGas is a both G2C and B2C application by which consumers can now book their LPG refills from Common Service Centres (CSC). The CSC issues a receipt against each such booking, which entitles the customer to get a home delivery of the cylinder within maximum period of seven days. The software collates the bookings received against the various distribution agencies, and matches it against the stock supplies. It then provides a schedule of delivery of cylinders to the consumer. EasyGas gives a tool to CSC owners to enhance their earnings. Reports generated from the software enable the district administration to review pilferage to commercial consumers, hoarding, and other supply chain inefficiencies.For more information please visit http://easygas.lokvanigonda.in

KISAN (Krishak Information System And Network) is a G2C application designed to provide fertilizers, seeds, agricultural implement subsidy, e-procurement services, agricultural credit (KCC) and soil testing facility to the farming community, to supplement and strengthen the existing delivery channels provided by the department. This platform can offer an Online application and monitoring system for:

✔ Other agriculture inputs like seeds

✔ Soil Testing & Soil Health Card

✔ Agricultural credit

✔ Agriculture equipment purchase subsidies

✔ Crop procurement

MyCity – Mera Shahar Meri Dekh Rekh Me: MyCity project is an implementation of G2C model of e-governance using social media (Facebook). This is an initiative towards making of governance more citizen centric. For this purpose an App has been developed and embedded on facebook page of the project (www.facebook.com/mycitykanpur.up). Using this app, an individual can upload complaints related to civic issues (Water Supply / Sewage / Electricity / Roads etc.) from their own facebook account. Photographs / other documents can also be uploaded making it more appealing. The nodal officer from respective department is responsible for grievances redressal. District administration acts as a moderator and takes note of issues which are not resolved within appropriate time period.

Besides this, on JnNURM page, an up-to-date pertinent detail of more than 300 running works under JnNURM scheme is uploaded. The status of these works, is time to time updated with onsite photograph.

SAVeUS – Saving Accident Victims Effectively Using SMS:- Still people witnessing road accidents hesitate to help the victims due to many reasons and avoid getting into this mess. But, timely medical aid to victims can save their lives. SAVeUS is an ICT based system to save lives of road accident victims traveling on any vehicle having some registration number. In case, the vehicle is crashed and passengers are seriously injured, any person who observes the accident, can immediately pass the information of this incidence to emergency contacts nos. of victims. The person has to send a simple SMS to a common service no. giving just vehicle registration no. and location detail. The system takes care of security concerns of potential beneficiaries and also does not disclose identity of the informer. The information is transmitted through SMS to all concerned i.e. health department, police and most importantly to emergency contact no. of vehicle owners.

Mission Bharosa – An Attempt To Safeguard School Going Children :- Mission Bharosa is an attempt to protect school going children travelling in school owned vehicles, by verifying / keeping records of respective drivers. Under the plan, drivers of school-owned vehicles would have to furnish a character certificate to the administration before taking up the job. All schools have been asked to submit a detailed bio-data of drivers hired by them for school vehicles on a specified proforma and these they go through process of police verification. After verification Bar Coded Identity Cards jointly signed by R.T.O. and S.S.P. are issued to the drivers. The cards contain apart from biodata of driver, contact details of a local guarantor, who can be summoned in case of any misconduct by the driver concerned. The initiative is an attempt to curb cases of exploitation / harassment of school-going children, in the city.

‘शक्ति’ विशेष सुनवाई दिवस (महिला समाधान दिवस) – समाज में महिलाओं के साथ दहेज, उत्पीड़न, घरेलू, हिंसा व यौन उत्पीड़न जैसी होने वाली अनेक घटनाओं व बढ़ते अपराधों पर अंकुश लगाने तथा छोटे-मोटे पारिवारिक विवादों को सुलझाने के दृष्टिगत जनपद कानपुर नगर के समस्त थानों में दिनांक 6/9/2014 से प्रत्येक व्दितीय मंगलवार को शहरी क्षेत्र में पुलिस लाइन्स में एवं देहाती क्षेत्र में थाना स्तर पर ‘‘शक्ति’’ विशेष सुनवाई दिवस (महिला समाधान दिवस) आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इस दिवस में प्रत्येक थाने पर मुख्यतः तीन प्रकार की, अ-महिला अपराध ब-पारिवारिक विवाद, स-जमीन विवाद, समस्याओं को सुनने हेतु अलग-अलग काउण्टर्स बनाते हुए शिकायतों को प्राप्त कर रजिस्टर में दर्ज करने की व्यवस्था की गयी है। पारिवारिक विवादों का निस्तारण परिवार परामर्श केन्द्र के काउन्सलर्स व्दारा आपसी सुलह- समझौते के आधार पर कराया जाता है तथा इस हेतु दोनों पक्षों के मध्य समझौतानामा बनवाकर उनके हस्ताक्षर कराते हुए अभिलेखों में अनुरक्षित किया जाता है। जमीन सम्बन्धी विवादों का निस्तारण राजस्व एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों/ कर्मचारियों व्दारा तत्काल स्थलीय निरीक्षण हेतु पूर्व से टीमों का गठन करं उनके लिये गाडियों आरक्षित की जाती हैं। महिला अपराध के मामलों में शीघ्रता से मुकदमा दर्ज करने की कार्यवाही की जाती है तथा पूर्व से दर्ज मुकदमों में विवेचना, चार्ज शीट दाखिल करने एवं गिरफ्तारी आदि कार्यवाही का प्रभावी अनुश्रवण किया जाता है।

इस कार्यक्रम को प्रदेश के प्रत्येक जनपद में आयोजित करने हेतु गृह विभाग, उ0प्र0शासन व्दारा शासनादेश संख्या 76पी/छः-पु-3-2015-66पी/2015, दिनांक 19/1/2015 भी निर्गत किया गया है।
